Singapore retains its place as the most expensive city in the world in the latest rankings achieved by Worldwide Cost of Living Report 2017, The Economist Intelligence Unit.
In fact, Asia currently hosts five of the top six cities of the survey, Asian cities being comparatively more expensive.
In third place, Zurich is the most expensive European city, while New York is the only North American city among the top ten.
