36-year-old David Ogundele, who allegedly killed her lover, Miss Tosin Ashinwo, 27, has said he was under some sort of spell when he killed her and stabbed her 65-year-old mother, Abiola .
In statements to be paraded along with other suspects by the Commissioner of Kwara State Police, Samuel Okaula in Ilorin on Wednesday, the suspect said he had been married to his wife, Ronke, for about seven years without a child.
Ogundele, a worker with the University of Landmark High School, Omu-Aran, Kwara State, said his wife, Ronke, in view of its relationship with Miss Tosin, threatened to deal with him.
He said, "I have been married for seven years without any child of my wife, Ronke After people saw me with Ashinwo, I told my wife stories were false..
She (Ronke) made to get upset and she threatened to deal with me.
It was after he stabbed Ashinwo collapse and saw my eyes cleared.
