PRESIDENT BUHARI HAS DONE EXCEPTIONALY WELL SAYS PDP CHIEFTAIN ADAMU GUMBA

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader of Bauchi State, Adamu Gumba welcomed President Muhammadu Buhari for his excellent performance since he took office.

Gumba made the remarks Thursday, May 12, 2016 in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

"While I am in a party in opposition, you must accept if someone does well. I can tell you Mr. President has done very well provide it. You might even remember how he restored the dignity of this nation in the world community, "he said.

"Nigeria is now respected and therefore he did much; you see the leadership of the world, especially the developed countries are always ready to receive and talk about investment, to speak on anti-terrorist activities and many other aspects.

"He is in London to discuss or to a conference on the fight against corruption. So I can assure you, this man has done exceptionally well. There may be difficulties in the country, but look, the reduction of activities terrorists in the country and the image of the country he has built abroad is so important to us that these difficulties we suffer probably disappear in a very short time period, "he added.

Meanwhile, PDP leader, Bode George said it is too early to criticize Buhari.
