NEW ERA IN BRAZIL AS ROUSSEFF CONCEDES POWER TO TEMER




The former vice president of the center-right has wasted no time putting his imprint on Brazil, naming a new government, according to him, restore the "credibility" after months of economic and political crisis.

A key appointment was a former head of the central bank respected, Henrique Meirelles, to the Minister of Finance with the task of helping the economy huge claw of the deepest recession in decades.
